Children's sculpture in overalls

A miniature sculpture of a child in a fur jumpsuit. The head is disproportionately large. The face is flat, wide, eyes and noseare marked. A massive chin is highlighted. The chest is not marked, the pelvis is wide, raised. The hands folded on the stomach are outlined. The legs are not dissected, there is a hole in the lower leg area. The surface is covered with an ornament of C-shaped marks. In the neck area, three incisor lines are made. Shaping is not clear. The elements of the face are made with a burin in a very high quality, so the eyes, the wings of the nose and the mouth are visible.

Manufacturing technique

The through-hole is made with a two-sided reamer. Face elements and the ornament are made with a burin.
