Bent thin ivory plate which has two through-holes on the edges. The item is not ornamented.
The drilling with a reamer from both sides is noticed. The holes are flared. On the outer side, the item is treated with a push-plane. On the inner side the surface is smoothed, but there are traces of hewness on the end of the egde.
The polishing of the inner side tells us about a permanent contact, i.e. wearing as an item of decoration. The hewness of the edges can tell us about the abrasion and contact with hard surface. For instance, the edges of the item could contact with each other. Or it can tell us about a contact with an item of clothes. The degree of wearing of the through-holes indicates the fastening.
