Sub-square shaped disc, partially ornamented with "cupulas" and two rows of C-shaped signs on the front side. The ornament on the front side consists of one row of "cupulas" and two rows of C-shaped signs and "cupulas". In the first row there are 12 "cupulas". In the second row there are 9 C-shaped signs and two "cupulas", in the third - 8 C-shaped signs and two "cupulas". The back side is covered with dendrites.
The top of the item is broken, traces of spalling are on the other side. Both planes are treated and flattened with a burin. The plate is flattened to the edges.
Use-wear traces are not found.
