Flying bird

This is an image of a flying waterfowl. It has elongated proportions. The figurine has an elongated straight neck and a large cone-shaped head. The wings have a square shape, also they are well profiled and clearly divided from oval body. On the abdomen side we can notice a round convex tummy. The paws are also highlighted. Underheath there is a hole. 



Manufacturing technique

On the surface we can notice some fragmentary traces of scraping as elongated lines. On the whole body there are traces of grinding and polishing. On the neck (the head area) traces of planning knife work are found, also we can see a line which divides head from neck. Paws are made with cutting tool. Drilling is double-sided, made with widening the hole from both sides. 


Use-wear traces

The surface has a bad quality of preservation and covered with dendrites.
